Manage Your Image Library
Every domain has its own image pool that any post for that domain can draw from - stock photos, your own uploads, or images picked while editing a specific post.
Opening the image library
From a domain's page, open its settings drawer and choose Image pool. This opens a modal where you can search stock images or upload your own.
Using images on posts
When composing or editing a post, the image picker lets you:
- Search the stock library for something matching your content.
- Choose from images already uploaded to this domain's pool.
- Upload a new image on the spot.
To upload your own, drag an image onto the Upload your own area or click it to browse your device - JPEG, PNG or WebP, up to 10 MB. You'll see a thumbnail of what you picked, then tick the rights confirmation and hit Upload.
The chosen image attaches to that specific post. Each connected platform's own attachment behavior applies once the post publishes - some platforms handle images differently than others.
Where images live
Images are scoped per domain, matching the same isolation as connected channels - one domain's image pool is separate from another's, even within the same workspace.
Point an image or video at the right posts
By default, every image in a domain's pool can go on any post for that domain. To keep a graphic for the posts it's actually about, label it:
- Open the domain's Image pool (or Video pool).
- Under the image or video, click Use for….
- Choose what it's for. You can use any mix of:
- Pages: posts written from those pages.
- Networks: posts pointing at those Network threads or articles.
- Topics: comma-separated words or phrases. They're matched as whole words against the post, its page's title and its keyword. For example,
claude, mcp, connector.
- Optionally give it a Name. The name shows on each post that uses it.
- Click Save.
Labelled media then only goes on posts it matches, and it no longer rotates onto unrelated posts. When several labelled items match a post, the closest match wins, in this order:
- A matching network.
- A matching page.
- The most topics matched.
Ties are spread across posts. A campaign's own hand-picked images still come first. Posts that match nothing keep using the rest of the pool, as before.
Open any post in the editor to see Why this image, for example "Connect Claude in 30 seconds — labelled for this page".
GIFs and your own videos
- GIFs: you can upload an animated GIF to the image pool. It stays animated, but it's only sent to X, LinkedIn, Facebook and Pinterest. For the other channels, upload a still with the same labels and it's used there instead. A GIF is only used once it's labelled, or once it's in a channel pool for one of those four channels; an unlabelled GIF never joins the general rotation.
- Your own videos: the Video pool has Upload your own video for MP4 or MOV files up to 50 MB. An uploaded video is posted exactly as made, with no headline drawn over it, unlike stock clips. Label it the same way to send it only to the posts it's for.
