Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Parasite SEO Poster (“the Service”), operated at parasiteseoposter.com. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Parasite SEO Poster helps you generate platform-native content from pages on your website and distribute it to social and publishing platforms you connect, with contextual links back to your source pages. You control which target pages, platforms, and publishing schedules are used.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for all activity under it. You must be at least 16 years old and have authority to bind any organization on whose behalf you use the Service.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Publish content that is unlawful, defamatory, deceptive, or infringes intellectual property rights.
• Generate or distribute content primarily to manipulate search rankings through deceptive, large-scale, or duplicative publishing in violation of a connected platform’s or search engine’s policies.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or create fake accounts, personas, or engagement.
• Violate the terms of service of any platform you connect through our integrations.
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.

You are solely responsible for the content you generate, approve, and publish, and for compliance with the policies of every platform you connect.

4. Connected platforms

When you connect a third-party platform (e.g. via OAuth), you authorize us to publish content to that platform on your instruction. We are not responsible for actions taken by third-party platforms, including suspension, removal of content, or policy enforcement against your connected accounts.

5. No guarantee of results

We do not guarantee that any content will be indexed, ranked, or surfaced by any search engine or platform, nor do we guarantee traffic, leads, or revenue outcomes. Search engine and platform behavior is outside our control.

6. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annual, as selected) until canceled. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain access until then.

7. No refunds

All payments are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused features, downgrades, or cancellations, except where required by applicable law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact billing@parasiteseoposter.com within 14 days of the charge.

8. Intellectual property

We retain all rights to the Service, its software, and branding. You retain ownership of your website content and the content you generate using the Service. You grant us a limited license to process, store, and publish that content as instructed by you in order to operate the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or for nonpayment. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
